These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Taylor Made Print Ltd website and your engagement with our services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the site or services.

2. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices exclude VAT unless specified.

  • Additional charges may apply for design amendments, urgent turnarounds, or delivery costs.

  • We reserve the right to amend prices if there are changes to the job specification after the initial quote.


3. Orders & Artwork

  • Orders are only confirmed once we receive written approval (email or signed proof) and any applicable deposit.

  • Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork in the correct format.

  • We offer design services if required — these will be quoted separately.

  • Taylor Made Print Ltd is not liable for errors in artwork supplied by the customer.

  • Final artwork must be approved by the customer before printing commences.


4. Payments

  • A 50% deposit may be required for new customers or large orders.

  • Full payment is due on or before collection/delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur a £25 admin fee and/or interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

  • Goods remain the property of Taylor Made Print Ltd until full payment is received.


5. Turnaround & Delivery

  • Turnaround times are quoted in working days and begin once artwork is approved and payment (if required) is received.

  • While we aim to meet all agreed deadlines, turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

  • Taylor Made Print Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from delivery delays.

  • Delivery is made via courier, collection, or local drop-off, and charges will be confirmed at the time of order.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom-printed goods are non-refundable unless faulty or misprinted due to our error.

  • Any issues must be reported in writing within 3 working days of receiving the goods.

  • If a return is approved, we will reprint or refund at our discretion.

  • We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, colour variations or low-resolution images if artwork was supplied by the client.


7. Liability

  • Taylor Made Print Ltd’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the goods or services.

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profit or business opportunity).

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork and designs created by Taylor Made Print Ltd remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our designs without prior written permission.


9. Website Use

  • The content of this website is for general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

  • We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, secure, or free of viruses.

  • Any unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.


10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
